@haircare it isnt that a bun is in the way it usually does a good job of keeping them out of the way but they way i attempt to do a bun it always just falls down after a minimal amount of running.

Awe! Yeah, you gotta do it tighter! Either a larger band or a smaller one you can loop twice tight enoigh...maybe, eh idk dreads are a different beast, but...I mean maybe. But um yeah idk if yours are long enough to fold over twice...plus, I see how that might be hard to balance. Hmm...do two ponytails? Lol idk! Or get those claw clip things and really dig em into your head, and use good sized ones, not too big, not too small...yeah, I think you might just need to do multiple buns or ponytails with smaller bands. That would be my try.

Just got off the football pitch...I haven't been out there in a long time. I might hurt tomorrow.

i might hurt tomorrow! my hammies are already cramping! FIANLLY got back to the 30day shred! And, well, strength has decreased a bit, although some muscles strengthened (haha it's the shoulders from all this typing! ) BUT...I practically did ALL the jumping jacks/cardio until the muscles gave out...but THAT is exciting! I was TOTALLY phoning in the jumping jacks every other time. Yay!! I get a sweat badge! (i only say that as I'm literally dripping like a basketball dude right now so...bye!)

New running shoes are the best. Using the same make/model, they're just new. Like running on clouds

Been on the Asics Gel-Nimbus line for a while now. This is my second pair on the 18's. Before that it ran in Saucony's for maybe 6-7 years...can't remember. I might go back to the latter because the former is getting too damn expensive lately.

Been working on speed and agility running lately and my quads are killing me, even with the new shoes!! I'll be stronger for it, but I swear that lactic acid burn lingers longer these days...hehe.

Worked out in the first time in two weeks yesterday. I was sick during the time I missed; stuffy head, chest congestion, lethargy.. Anyhow, I ran 2 miles taking it easy and now my calves are sore...hehe. Use it or lose they say...damn, it's true!!

I'm back on my diet! Just need to figure out when I can fit in some exercise.
I haven't gained a lot of weight, it's just creeping up a little.

I need a break in the routine. I'm thinking of ice skating this weekend.
