You know what I mean... not just a song that you like (and not even, in some cases), but a song that all but physically returns to a point in your life whenever you hear it. For me it's this... This was my favourite song when I was about 15 and I think it inspired the first time I ever bought an album, without knowing any other songs from it. I also started wearing a hat down over my eyes like the singer...... though that swiftly stopped the first time I left the house with it on and walked straight into a wheelie bin at the end of our drive. Ahem. But apart from that side of things, it reminds me of all the potential I felt at that age to craft my own world and what my life would become. So, how about you?

I listened to this song a lot leading up to and after my suicide attempt. Just always be a part of me.

Dreadlocktruth I bought that cd for my mom when It came out. She used to Jam music when she cleaned the house every Thursday night and she would play this cd a lot. I have fond memories of this song as well. Because I would run around and jump down the stairs and crap while it played.
