danzia, I've been sold on the Asics Gel Nimbus for a few years now. They're super-comfy from the get-go and the fit has been consistent enough for me so far. I ran in Brooks for maybe 4 years until one year they narrowed and tapered the toe box in a weird way, just enough to give me blisters on the inside of my foot. I use to run in Saucony too until one year they decided to go with a harder rubber and it messed with my back. Each time a new year and new version comes out I worry just a bit. Some "new features" can make or break the fit and feel for me...hehe.

been forgetting about this. Maybe I've said it before, idk...but Asics are like my go to shoe. I mean, my go-to brand and my go-to shoe. Yes, I wear my Asics with EVERYTHING! haha (unless, unless it's a special event and I don't have to walk a lot) Anyway, got my "30day shred" workout on dvd now, so...maybe I'll actually get moving again. (been pretty lazy over the last two weeks. :X )

V-raises for arms I have a question. Anyone know this exercise? Well, it's the best image I could find of it. I thought it was palms facing down, which is great for rear deltoids?? (I think) but the exercise I saw today was palms facing up (more biceps to me)...anyway, does it matter, have others seen this or these different variations???

I do the same V motion with palms up one day and palms down the other using a kettle ball. I just tried a set with the weight perpendicular like that and it seems to narrow the amount of deltoid used to the muscles closest to the pecs, as well as the bicups...kinda similar to the palms up. Good one! will have to throw that in a routine some day.

I found today's workout easy.
I'm back doing the 30 day shred. I will only do it 3x a week, rest days are important. The whole doing it for 30 days is just a gimmick, whats-her-face said it herself.
I want to focus on my upper arms. I can't do proper push ups, I have to do them on my knees.
