Finally letting go and letting dread

This is today 3/25/16 on the left.on the right 3-10-16.i Hardly ever brushed,just ran fingers through my fine thin wavy hair when conditioning which was almost everyday w shower. I have consciously been dreading only a matter of weeks. I have only been separating and light twist and rip. i think they are locking INCREDIBLY fast according to research and comparison. Advice please.

That's what I did on my first set. Just finger combed and separated when I couldn't run my fingers through effectively enough.
