Dark chocolate tends to be vegan and it's delicious! When I go to the local health food store, I snag a bar as a treat.

I feel the cold makes it more rigid and almost has less flavor to it. Only speaking from the few times I have thrown a half melted bar in the freezer. Maybe it was because it was melted.

Raw chocolate outside the fridge and normal inside. I usually eat very thin chocolates when I eat the "regular" ones and the crunch is part of the pleasure for me. I don't eat that much chocolate tbh.

Texture is a big part of it for me. Its crunchy and it snaps and is super munchy! Warm chocolate is just mushy and goopy.
On the flip side, I hate cold food usually. Cold sandwiches are the worst thing ever. So offensive.

My dislike of cold, hard chocolate probably stems from when I was a kid and used to sit, melting the inside layer of Bourbon Biscuits in front of the fire to then be licked off the bottom bit..... yum!
I've mentioned this a hundred times but you can always tell when I'd been sat there because the grate in front of the fireplace always had bits of melted chocolate on it lol.
Also, I used to fantasise about melting down something like a Dairy Milk bar and drinking it. I don't really like chocolate bars that have much else going on in there, besides the chocolate.

Hungry List of Indian dishes This is a dynamic list and may never be able to satisfy particular standards for completeness. You can help by expanding it with reliably sourced entries. This is a list of Indian dishes. Indian cuisine encompasses a wide variety of regional cuisines native to India. Given the range of diversity in soil type, climate and occupations, these cuisines vary significantly from each other and use locally available spices, herbs, vegetables and fruits. The dishes are then served according to taste in either mild, medium or hot. Indian food is also heavily influenced by religious and cultural choices and traditions. This list is incomplete and needs to be expanded.

That was a bit of a heavy post put I salivate at spicy food like a dog waiting for a bone and chocolate is just a nice thing to have with a cup of tea, but spice is life.

(I don't like Indian food, just fyi..) I'm with you on that! I keep trying to like it but it's the wrong type of spice for me. now wasabi that's perfect for me, especially wasabi chocolate. btw keeping chocolate in the fridge means I don't eat it all at once, if I leave it out it's gone in minutes or worse my dog might find it.
