Hey everybody! Since I´m thinking to dread up my hair with the wool rubbing method (sea salt on hair first). So I was kinda just wondering about how long the shortest hair length has to be. I see recommended lenght for backcombing/T&R/neglect all the time, but not anything for wool rubbing. The best tips I´ve found, was the thread on the old DT forum, where a woman with 10 cm of hair length got some nice dreads with this method. My longest hair is like 14-15 cm/5.5-5.9 inches (It´s clearly long enough, but just for the reference) Attachment DeletedShortest is like 4-5 cm/1.5-1.9 inches (It´s on both sides and my neck area) Attachment DeletedUpdate: Gave a fuck and started wool rubbing now, since my hair looks kinda depressing now and I´m going to go crazy of that Nisim FAST growth shampoo (scalp got dry and itchy). Dread shampoo with menthol gave instant relief, and I look forward to wash once a week. So tiring to wash the hair everyday (washed with just water or conditioner before the regiem)
