What is your favourite sandwich to make or buy? It could be inspiring. And don't say cheese or ham. At least try.

Wow tough one. I'd say my go to would be a turkey meatball on a wheat roll with provolone, homemade.

I'm looking for ideas here. My imagination fails at making a sandwich. Made a green one to toast. Pesto, cheese, avocado, olives and spinach leaves. It was ok but cheese and pickle still was better.

Oooh I love sandwiches very, very much...oh and pizza. But I interchange ingredients.
My all time classic fav is grilled cheese, so I vary on that mostly. Feta, peppadew and rocket is always a winner!
Hummus, coriander leaves(cilantro), baby tomatoes and chilli also rocks.
Sometimes I'd make an open slice with stir fried curry veg in butter....nice and oily does it!
Bacon, avo, biltong and peppadew also rules!
Tonight we're pizza'ing with blue cheese, rocket, bacon, peppadew and avo...topped with mozzies of course.
Uhm...got plenty more suggestions which I shall recall with time 😊

I'm still inspired by your salad picture you posted ages ago. Your favourite meal. I might try to live like that rather than piles of pasta and mountains of rice. Your coat is fine hanging there.

Hummus, avocado and tomato is my fav. Quite boring I realize.
Oh and cucumber and cream cheese!

I like grapes on sarnies, is that weird? It's after I bought one from M&S that had them in. What else was on it? Depending on that, it may or may not be strange
