Hi guys!
Im cruisin along my dread journey with many many happy days. I have recently begun to wear a tam to push them away from my face, but since my dreads are only 2 months old, they kinda stay where the tam sets them for hours after i remove the tam.
Also im just curious about other ways to wear em, so i can go out and try some new stuff!

I wear those hair buffs, I have broken every hair band trying to put it up. Clearly doesn't want taming just yet.

I sort of struggled with that length. They weren't quite long enough to do anything interesting, so it was mostly some sort of messy ponytail with ends popping out all over, or a hat or bandana.

Headband is my go to. My favorite ones have been stretchy fabric you can tie (so you can adjust the length) or a cut piece of nylon tights. I actually love the tights for tying in a pony tail too. So versatile!

with dreads that young i tried to leave them down to get movement going. but when i had to put them up for work just half ponytail worked fine. right now mine are shoulder ish and not quite long enough to do anything cool. lol. but dreads look cool no matter what anyway!

Generally it was like this. But nowadays they get stuffed in a hat or tied in a bun. A bit like sweeping rubbish under a carpet. If you don't see it it isn't a problem.

I have actually wore them like this too. I liked it a alot. I have been shoving them in a hair band at work and leaving them down at home. I pont tail them sometimes, but usually i get the ol hair band out now. Its easy and all you can see out the back are the dreads that look like dreads. Its a very awesome illusion that my hair is perfect haha ^-^
