I'd think you'd be fine if you wanted to keep on doing it. If it had any negative effect it might slow the locking process but maybe you could use a sea salt spray or lime juice to help tighten them. Hopefully someone can correct me if that's wrong.

No problem at all. What I've learned about dreads is they're hard to mess up because you really only have to start doing nothing to achieve them, just give them time. If you want them to look a certain way you may have to mess with them but other than that just the basics like don't let them stay wet for long periods of time. (well that may be the only thing as for the basics) I've heard that some people don't even wash them.

I have a hard time waiting 2-3 days to wash them! It's just crazy to me to do nothing lol I may have some control issues! Haha I just them to be themselves...
