A couple of the pieces I have drying at the moment. I reckon I have about half a kiln full so far. More bowls....

Ooh those are lovely!
Oh that pot I gave you is probably the darkest brown I've had from that glaze yet. The almost black pooling at the bottom wasn't replicated with a similar bowl I fired.

I've been getting some beautiful blues coming through from a very basic green earthenware glaze lately. I'm constantly surprised by what the kiln can throw back out at you.

That's really cool, Kat. Great work. Are you on ravelry with the DT knitters contingent?

That's really cool, Kat. Great work. Are you on ravelry with the DT knitters contingent? Thank ya kindly guys. I've never heard of the ravelry site Paul. I need to check it out. I hope it's not just for knitters though. I've got a fear of injuring myself or possibly impaling one of my dogs with a knitting needle. As much as my pups jump on my lap.... yeaaah.... It's an accident waiting happen. Ha. Crochet needles are more my wheelhouse

Ravelry is for crochet as well as knitting. I find it handy for inspiration even when I plan on just making something up. Looks cool Kat
