I think the cartoons I watched when young were made by people who hadn't quite recovered from the LSD of the 70's. This one's called 'comb your hair' very fitting.

The Racoons!
UK folks gotta remember The Poddington Peas as well, right??
I also was addicted to Popeye as a toddler. My granny recently found my Popeye video from when I was 8-12 months old and handed it to me. I even have a Popeye sticker on my car boot.

As a kid I called him pie pie My Mama was amazed that one of my favorite foods growing up was spinach and still is. Well that and carrots because I'd like to imitate bugs bunny. "Ehh..What's up doc?" i'm strong to the finish cause i eats me spinach

I got my granddad to make me a pipe put of cork and a bamboo stick and I used to walk around with it doing his "a-gha -gha-gha" laugh. I was also obsessed with Pink Panther and my mum had a pink dressing gown so I used to take off the belt and wLk around with it tucked down the back of my trousers and hanging out like a tail lol -.-

Probably wasn't a great cartoon but everyone at my school was always singing the 'Where's Wally?' theme.
Still can't believe they made that into a cartoon ha.

I didn't know that was a cartoon either. He wasn't THAT hard to find... I mean give us a challenge! Haha. I was expecting a happy upbeat song like your normal everyday kids song, but that deep low voice kinda freaked me out a lil... Now I'm imagining the kids at school singing in a deep voice. Watching spooky shit has got my mind on the fritz.. it's like those kids from The Children movie. Eerie...

Well, boys being boys, part of the reason the song was so popular to sing at school was that they'd often go "Where's Willy?" and then pull open the front of their trousers, point at their dicks and say "... there he is!" ;p
('willy' is a slang for for your junk over here)

What an image you've added to my disturbed mind! Lol. Creepy kids, low voices, waving willies (common here too haha) I've gotta take a mental pause

Catdog, the Trapdoor, The Ferals, Angry Beavers, and Angela Anaconda are some that come to mind straight away but I'm sure there are so many more i loved growing up.
Kinda amazed that nobody has mentioned the Simpsons.. i have pretty much all of them and still rewatch them regularly haha

Well I count The Simpsons as something I still like and can watch now (the first 10-13 seasons, at least) rather than stuff I watched as a kid, as I was quite old when it got popular. South Park is probably my favourite cartoon but I hadn't even thought to list it here as it's something I watch currently lol.

I actually wasn't allowed to watch the Simpsons growing up because it was inappropriate, rude and a bad influence haha
