I have a great boss at work,he has no issues with my dreadlocks at all.He is an used car dealer and I fix the broken vehicles he buys.Does see this is me being myself. The first time I walked in to apply for his mechanic job opening, said there was no issue with my dreadlocks and this was 6 years ago.To this day we get along and says I am one of his great employees.Even has a nickname for me now and this started 3 years ago which has stuck ever since.Came up with "dreadlock Heidi" and I love it to this day.It started when I was busy doing a brake job on a car at the time.Walked up and said he figured my nickname out and that is when he said "dreadlock Heidi" was mine.I took it well and that is when I started to love it

He was raised judging a person how they look is bad and to accept the person's good choices
