It hasn't been long enough for me to start a post in the timelines, but I wanted to share a pic. I'm doing nothing but washing and the little separating that's needed, no palmrolling, no salt spray, etc. About a third of my backcombed sections have fallen out or are close to it. The lower back ones all fell out about two weeks ago, and I might be seeing the beginning of a few places trying to section themselves. The sections that have held are at least half loose tips and getting looser. I think most will fall out and I'll end up leaving them to form natural. A few in the back and top are really spongy and getting harder as the weeks go by. Does this all seem pretty 'normal' for this stage?

I never backcombed but the sets I've T&R'd, there were a number that would come completely undone. They would eventually join the ones that held or I would T&R 'em again.
I say 6 weeks in, that's normal.
