Ah, I shoulda put the videos here...wasnt thinking. So, do you know olivebreath...are yours house wren? (Ordo all babies look likethat? ) Check out thevids I posted. See if that sounds familiar...., although maybe you haven't had the "pleasure" (rolls eyes lol) of hearing them as much.

The lorikeets were checking out my new partials today. Usually I keep my hair under a hat. But I thought I'd let my babies breath a little today. Of course the Edwards lorikeet was the first to discover them. The Edwards are the mouthiest of the bunch.

@haircare they are Mockingbird. They actually left the nest and are hopefully fairing well out there on their own now. Bittersweet. I dont remember exact age from that last picture but i want to say a little under two weeks old. The babies have basically only begun to SCREECH as of now. But i have had the "pleasure" of hearing the vast range of the mockingbird calls. They imitate a lot of other birds and sounds. Usually being a cockatiel(because of the neighbors) and what i think is a dog bark(also thanks to the neighbors). Its not so pleasant at 3 a.m. But i try to appreciate it for all that it is. They are fascinating birds!!! Ive learned a lot about them in the past weeks.
Im not sure where you have videos posted of house Wrens?? Help haha

Here's a cute bird that was nesting in a cute nest outside my front door at a place lived a few years back.

These are our resident avians. Mrs Black and Mrs White, two elderly chickens we took in when a friend of my parents couldn't keep them any more. They have a decent size run, but stay in the smaller enclosed one at night... foxes around here.
