So, I've just made dreads, by the twist and rip method. I love the look and it was quite eazy. But! I have curly hair by nature, and My dreads are rally fuzzy. Like, tiny curly hair are all over, so I feel like a poodle ? Any tricks to her My dreads more clean and smooth? Any hair products I should use? Tank you!

Well, if you've just put them in then you should be aware that they'll undergo a lot of changes in the next 6-8 months as they begin to mature and tighten so I wouldn't worry about it too much right away. In any case, curly hair is great for dreads so you'll probably find your progress goes along quite quickly. I know some people use small amounts of aloe vera gel to tame the fuzzies.

Yes, I agree, the aloe is great! If you get it at the store, though, you really have to read the heck outta the labels.....sometimes there's a mess of preservatives in there that make me nervous about what sort of residue they would leave...
I bought a nice little aloe plant that grew like mad and it lives in my bathroom by the window. Then I can just snip off a bit, slice the leaf open, and scoop out a little gel. It's the best!
Dollylocks also makes a tightening spray that I have used in a pinch, and they use good ingredients and it smells nice, but it is pretty expensive (like, $18 or so on Amazon.) a lot of people seem to like it, though, and it has saved me when I'm having a really bad hair day (works almost like a hairspray for hold).

My hair was very fluffy first, now it's flat the places where it dreads the most.
