Spaghetti squash with sautéed shallots, broccoli and red pepper in a tomato pesto sauce with veggie grounds. All but the veggie grounds and sauce from my farm share!

Amazing Gillian! Wait danzia is that homemade tomato pesto or ready made. If you made it, plz share how. And I am soo doing this with spagetti squash next time! Thanks for the share! ok, found a snack It is not homemade. Just used 1/2 jar pesto with 1/2 chunky organic marinara.

Looks like that would go well with nacho's. Hah! Not really. It's roasted beet salad with goat cheese and maple glazed pecans with home made dressing. Everything, including the pecans made by me and Lauren!

Fish (and chips and vinegar j/k) spiced with ginger, garlic, chilli powder, salt and oregano brown rice and lemon buttered brussel sprouts (vegan butter )

Someone told me goat cheese Is not dairy...thats preposterous, right!? hey, could you tell me once more the vegan meat substitute you use?(wait, vegan rigt?) haha you can just "like" this if its Quorn. I remember you saying that once. I use Quorn and Beyond meat

Quorn products are not suitable for vegans, as they all contain egg and most of them also contain milk.

They do vegan quorn now, egg free. They are hard to find. But they exist.
