I know, I feel kinda bad for the people who put his dreads in, they probably took the same amount of time and care as they do for every set they put in and then he just takes them out a week later...

some people just treat them like a fashion - that's it!

I guess. I just wish more people had enough respect for other people's effort and time, I guess.

honestly, I couldn't care less if people hung on to them or took em out. but...it's the fake ones that bother me!
edit: eh, ok, I mean I guess it's frustrating when people take them out ONLY because they don't know x,y, z...like if you have a reason for taking them out, fine...but don't blame ignorance.

I dont really mind the fake dreads if someone is just testing the dready waters. If they have fake dreads for years on end, though, that kinda bothers me because im just like... why?

@vacantalleyways, kells, some people like to change their hair a lot. That is actually one of my struggles right now because it has been a long time since I have been able to change my hair. I combated this by adding in wool, not everyone likes that look and I know people have given me stink eye when they find out that it's not all my hair. As if how decided to wear my hair has personally offended them. I of course don't give a rats bottom what they think but rather that they thought it was appropriate to express their distaste in such a way. Sorry kinda went off on a rant there... it was one of those days at work.

lipstic , It's nothing personal, I just don't like fake...but i would never stink eye anybody, nor would i say anything derogatory. Really, only if someone asked would I even say whether I liked it or not. rant away dear! lol (just let me know when you DON'T want my honest opinion )

lipstic, I dont really mind them until they only wear the fake dreads for years. Then Im just like, why not just have gotten actual dreads at that point.

I didn't take it personally, I just get why someone would prefer fake dreads.
