CURRENT 1st set all neglect 1 month 2 months 3 months- BIG BIG HAIR- ive always had flat straight hair so having the volume was so fun. 4 months 5 months I remember how shocked I was after I took this shower- my hair had shrunk up like crazy! 6 months 7 months in 8 months 9 months in Found lice- panicked and cut off all my hair :C now its been a year since i cut off my hair and here we go again! 1 month into my second set- half TnR half neglect decided I wanted to have the back of my head twist and rip because I spent so much time separating sections in the back with the neglect method. ONE YEAR....ish I'll need to fill in the gaps sometime- Now I'm around the 1 year mark with the bottom section of my dreadies and the top noodles are around 10 months. Hey there! I haven't posted for a long while! My hair has been growing and tightening have had these noodles for 2 years and 9 months Little maintenance, most of the time it is a bun.

That first pic looks familiar. Have you been on other sites or shared that elsewhere? Either way, just breathtakingly gorgeous hair! I'm so jealous! But I'm happy for you...even your second set rocks! I hope you know now that you shouldn't have to cut your hair if you get lice though. Hmm, forget the solution I usually refer to, but in a pinch, I believe soaking hair/scalp in alcohol and putting a bag over it a few minutes and then repeting this if eggs are present and hatching, should do the trick. well, hoping you don't have to try it. Hoping this time is much more pleasant for you! Welcome! I have an earlier post on here but its all bugged so i made a new time line. I post hoopy thing on the instergerms as well. I became aware halfway through cutting out all my dreads. I really wish I had known sooner or asked for help because I was like a lizard who had lost its tail :C so happy to have another go!

The easiest way to dread is to let it go. The hardest way to dread is to let it go.

I liked how the first set developed, so I'm sure this new set is going to be awesome

Loved the timeline on the first set, so this one should be equally good!

I love how neglect dreads evolve. Your hair is quite similar to my own so your timeline reminds me of my first set quite a bit.
It looks like your second set has developed nicely too!

The lice set back is for sure a bummer. Glad you pushed through and started a new set! Looking forward to updates!
