Oh...and imo, the book was faaaar better than the movie (because I'm pretentious like that) ha funny you mention Dr. Seuss. I'm trying to look for the one my mother used to read to me, because I remember this line and they way she'd singsong it EVERY time...and I cannot NOT say/sing it like that when I pick it up today. hehe edit: found the pic, but ...it's speechless, I guess. (no words-so this IS "One fish, two fish..." though?)

ok, so not currently reading it, but im dying for the next installment. and i'd highly recommend it for any comic, artist, music, macabre enthusiast out there. It's Umbrella Academy by well, Gerard Way but illustrated by Gabriel Ba. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Umbrella_Academy(meh, cant find my fave scene, but this will do) I also know of a Becky Cloonan one...but hehe it's well MCR related I mean, I'm not really into stuff for the art's sake, but it IS pretty good. I mean, I like the little girl. And the story really ain't too bad (post apocalyptic...kinda like Mad Max and a little of the newer Terminator-dont make me look it up). Anyway, ...oh! True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys. ----------------- edit: i found it!!!! Braak braaka braak!

I'm still "going back to the classics" and reading what my daughter has recently read in high school. I'm now on "The Catcher in the Rye" - J.D. Salinger.

I'm halfway through re-reading Red Dragon. Great book... Hoping to get it signed by a bunch of the Hannibal cast next month.

Good to know that it was outstanding. And yep, Haruki Murakami is the best. 1Q84, although super long is a great starting point to re introduce you to his world.. After reading a lot of his work, you'll notice lots of the characters connect too. Its wild.

1st edition hard copy of Rise Of The Ogre, the Gorillaz book.
Saw it in Tokyo, behind glass in Pristine condition and had to have it.

My sister is also harassing me to read the Diana Gabaldon "Outlander" series. She says they're amazingl
