danzia, again, diavolo sauce is??? We went out today so I got Veggie Skillet (no cheese, but onion is ok) Well, what did I get? Veggie Skillet, NO onion, NO green pepper...AND cheese! *eye roll thing Of course she quickly stormed back to the kitchen (ok, not rudely, but didn't even ask first). Well, and that's when I got the order..but without cheese this time. Hehe! Sadly, my brother didn't make it!

I feel so awful for servers when that happens, because half the time it's the cook staff and not the wait staff ...
Anyways, diavolo is a spicy tomato sauce. It's lovely!

I eat hardly anything on a Sunday... My usual "big meal of the day" is replaced with scrambled egg on toast lol.
I don't know how long that will last though... these existential crises' that I'm getting when eating Eggs, of late, are getting more persistent. This is what made me stop eating fish. :S
I did see a vegan alternative to scrambled egg, though, that looks interesting so I'll have to try that. Only thing is it contains tofu and haven't I read that's terrible for you , somewhere? Even as a veggie, tofu has never been in my diet.

Paul have you ever tried silken tofu? You can scramble it up and it's delightful with the right seasonings.

I think I had a tofu burger at Download Festival one year and that's the only time I've ever eaten any form of it (and not the best example, I'm sure!)

Oops sorry misunderstood! It's just regular tomato sauce and then you add lots of crushed red pepper and a bit of extra garlic

Paul have you tried quorn products? Don't they have an egg substitute thing?

I used to but I don't really eat quorn stuff anymore.... I'll check it out. Along with the Silken tofu, thank you both for the suggestions.
Also, worst vegetarian product I've ever had was quorn bacon... It was like chewing on a piece of pre-chewed wood.

Well I don't think there's any veggie bacon that is edible ... EXCEPT there's a place here that smokes coconut and oh my god it tastes like bacon and is absolutely delicious

omgsh! so... danzia, Dreadlocktruth, oh wait. gosh! i keep forgetting...you still eat dairy right? ugh!!! i'm so frustrated trying to find this coconut yogurt!! i mean i guess it's online, but that feels weird for me to buy some food things online. (the soba noodles from Amazon are actually good though, despite the reviews!)

I eat dairy, yeah... Quorn is a brand that makes meat substitutes, so it'll be like "pork-style sausages" that are made of other things and designed to taste as close as possible (with varying degrees of success....)
